Westhill Teachers must:

  • Spanish is NOT REQUIRED.
  • Education and Certification Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with state/province/national teaching certificate
  • If teacher preparation and degree are from Mexico: Licenciatura in education and/or pedagogy from a SEP/UNAM-appoved institution with certification (cédula profesional, CENEVAL).

Preferable for the positions:

  • Common Core Experience.

Qualification and previous experience required:

  • Two years of successful teaching experience.
  • Teacher Certification.

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of a key member of our academic leadership team at Westhill. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, a strong command of technology tools, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced academic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars.

Prepare and proofread documents in English and Spanish

Organize and maintain digital and physical files

Assist in the planning and execution of events and meetings

Maintain records and sensitive information with discretion

Assist in the coordination of travel arrangements and expense reporting

Track and follow up on project timelines and deliverables

Provide general administrative support as needed
Required Qualifications:
Fluency in spoken and written English; strong Spanish proficiency preferred

Proven experience in an administrative or support role

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

High proficiency with office software and comfort with learning new platforms

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing needs

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in an academic or educational setting
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with project management and scheduling tools

We're Hiring: Middle School Social Studies Teacher

Westhill Institute is currently looking for a dedicated and qualified Social Studies Teacher to join our Middle School faculty.
We are seeking an educator who is passionate about history, geography, civics, and global awareness, and who can inspire students through engaging, inquiry-based learning in a diverse, international school setting.
Position Details:
Full-time teaching position – Middle School Social Studies

Curriculum development and lesson planning aligned with school standards

Active participation in the school community and interdisciplinary projects

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, History, Social Studies, or a related field.

Valid teaching certification

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the middle school level

SPED Counselor

Location: Campus Cárpatos.

Key Requirements:
Degree in Psychology (required)

DP Math Teacher

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced **DP Math Teacher** to teach students in the Diploma Programme (Grades 11 and 12). Key Responsibilities:
- Teach IB Mathematics: Applications and Interpretation and/or Mathematics: Analysis and Approaches at the Standard Level (SL) and Higher Level (HL).

- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to explore and excel in mathematics.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- IB DP Math teaching experience (at least 2 years preferred).
- A valid teaching certification/license.
- Strong understanding of the IB Diploma Programme curriculum and assessment standards.
- Experience in using technology to enhance learning and support differentiated instruction.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Calificaciones:
