Overview

The High School serves students from an array of nationalities. We offer a broad range of exploratory, language, and music courses in addition to a our academic core. The co-curricular program includes a variety of sports, fine and performing arts, and service organizations that advance both academic and effective student development, quality teaching, and a supportive school environment.

Curriculum

High school at Westhill Institute begins in grade 9 and finishes at the end of grade 12. Students in grades 9 and 10 follow the same MYP curriculum plan prescribed to middle school students. However, students in grades 11 and 12 partake in the internationally acclaimed Diploma Programme (DP) while simultaneously meeting the rigor of Mexico’s UNAM program.

A message from our Principal High School

Our 11th and 12th graders moved to the university building in August of 2023, ditched their school uniforms, and are taking advantage of a much more enjoyable school environment. This year we welcome our 10th graders to the university building to have a greater focus on academics. We will renew our 12th grade student council this year.

We look forward to another year of building the academic skills that will help our students be successful at the university level. We will also improve their inter and intrapersonal skills that will help them become positive contributors to our globalized communities.
